With over 30 years of teaching experience Jag is widely respected for his expertise across a wide range of topics. He has worked as an expert witness for courts and appeared on “News at 10” in his capacity as a conflict management and Physical intervention specialist. Jag has taught at a wide variety of establishments including Universities, Forensic Mental Health settings, Hospitals and Schools. Past projects have included the Design and delivery of a wide range of courses; He is one of a handful of MAYBO lead trainers in the UK.

Having completed her degree in History, Jenny worked at Birmingham University as a Researcher for a number of years. She joined Apex Consultanct and Training in 2003 and is the main point of contact for clients , Jenny oversees all bookings as well as organising and collating evaluations.

With a career spanning over 45 years, Keith has worked in a number of roles, between 1994 -2001 Keith worked as a Foster carer, in 2001 he took on a role as a Residential Social worker, In 2007 Keith worked as a Home manager for a Children’s centre in Sandwell. With great enthusiasm and a sense of Humour that makes everyone (especially children) warm to him, Keith’s sessions are among some of the most popular deliveries that we organise.
A highly experienced trainer Mathew has both a Military (RAF) and Police (Thames Valley) background; indeed he received an ACPO Police Instructors accreditation.
He has taught at a number of prestigious venues including Wembley Stadium, Chelsea FC, Christchurch College Oxford, he is a thorough and consummate professional, popular with both students and clients alike. Mathew specialises in a wide range of Security qualifications.
Although he has historically worked on large scale National projects, he tends to focus his deliveries mainly in the Southern area.
