SIA Level 2 Upskilling Door Supervisors

Why choose APEX Consultancy and Training?

Here at APEX Consultancy and Training we have been involved with Training Security Staff and Door Supervisors in particular since the late 1980s.Over the past 20 years we have trained staff across locations throughout England, Scotland and Wales. It is this depth of experience that we believe makes our Door Supervisor courses second to none. Since the launch of the SIA we have trained over 6,000 Door Supervisors. Our training does not focus purely on classroom based learning but rather prepares individuals for the very real pressures of Door Supervision. Our aim is to produce candidates who have genuine sector competence rather than just helping them pass the test. On successful completion of the course candidates can apply for the renewal of their SIA Door supervisors license

Who need to attend?

In March 2012 the SIA announced that Door Supervisors who completed their initial training before June 2010 would need to complete additional learning before being able to renew their licenses. This was because recent changes to the qualification included elements of learning that were now considered mandatory but those who trained before June 2010 would have this skill gap , which the Upskilling course is designed to address. If you are unsure as to whether you require this training it is best to contact the SIA for clarity 0844 8921. Should you attend the course you will need to present SIA acceptable IDs click the below link for more details.
