Commentary:

This course covers the use of communication skills for professionals. Who often have to manage interactions within a limited timescale. It looks at, and explores ways to improve empathy and explores the psychological defence mechanisms that many patients use to avoid their situations. This course is certificated to cover CPD requirements, and can be run for up to 6 staff.
